CommonSpirit - GA/KY/TN/TX

The app is now available for patients receiving care through CommonSpirit Health associated with St. Luke's Health in Texas, CHI Saint Joseph Health in Kentucky or CHI Memorial in Tennessee and Georgia.



With the app you can:
• Access the CommonSpirit Patient Portal, which includes access to MyChart
• View recent test results and visit summaries

• Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Send and receive secure messages with your medical provider
• Pay your bill and review statements
• Track relevant health information, such as weight, through your HealthKit account


The CommonSpirit mobile app is a simple, secure way to access recent health info. There are different CommonSpirit apps available depending on where you receive care. This version is for GA, KY, TN, and parts of TX. For other regions, like CO, KS, or UT, look for “CommonSpirit – CO/KS/UT” in the App Store. More locations will be added soon.
