Welcome to the Communei Resident App, a tailor-made, feature-rich, user-friendly, and integrated community management application for residents. The Communei Resident App is an advanced, multi-functional application designed to help residents simplify and manage community living. The app comes with built-in, interactive features to help residents stay connected, track visitors/vehicles, raise alerts/complaints, and manage all aspects of the community including communication, security, emergencies, and society maintenance and accounting.

The Communei Resident App allows residents to enhance security by tracking and ensuring authorized entry for all visitors including cabs, domestic help, vendors, and maintenance personnel 24/7. The app is equipped with communication features that allow residents and the community management to communicate on all aspects including upkeep, amenities bookings, meetings, events, feedback, complaints, and issues.

My Unit Management
This function allows residents to add the details of their family members and vehicles. A separate QR code assigned to each individual to facilitate free entry at the gate.

My Community Management
This function allows residents to exercise discretion in entering such details as name, blood group, etc., and to control the visibility (full/partial details) to others in the community as per individual choice. This function helps others to view these details and get in touch when required.

Emergency Numbers
In the event of any emergency, residents can raise an alarm or simply click on the emergency icon in the app to alert security/neighbours.

Buy/Sell
This function features a Property Display Board that allows residents to buy or sell items directly through their phones.

Active Polls
This function allows the community management to cascade the information regarding various issues, initiatives, or decisions that require the resident’s opinions or approval and take a decision accordingly.

Amenities Booking
This function allows residents to book common facilities such as the community clubhouse and guest rooms in advance for any private/family functions.

Visitor Management
This function allows residents to invite guests including family, friends, and others with pre-approved entry. Residents can send out invites through the app and the guests will receive an SMS with the invitation and unique passcode. Guests can gain entry by simply showing the passcode at the main gate.

Delivery Management
This function allows residents to add an entry for home/gate delivery. One can add ‘single entry’ or ‘multiple entries’ for the delivery as required. This function ensures enhanced security and safety with check-in/drop-off/decline instructions and pre-entry temperature check and sanitization at the gate.

Cab Management
This function allows residents to add cab entry (after the booking) by including verification details such as vehicle number, cab operator (Ola, Uber, etc.), and taxi/private vehicle (car model/No.). The details will be verified by security at the gate before allowing the vehicle in.

Service Providers
This function allows residents to provide pre-approved entry to service providers/vendors. Alternatively, the service provider can directly arrive at the gate without any pre-approval and take the resident’s permission via phone call (through the security guard) before gaining entry.

Domestic Help
This function allows residents to manage requirements related to daily help (maid, cook, driver, etc.), can hire domestic help after viewing their ratings and comments, and can track daily help.

Emergency Alerts
In the event of any emergency, residents can raise alerts and communicate directly with the security guards.

Complaint Management
This function allows residents to flag issues and submit complaints about immediate action.
