Our application easily connects neighbors who need stuff with neighbors who have
stuff. Communitee Unitee is for folks who have or need tools, household goods,
seasonal items, or something else. You may borrow, lend, rent, buy or sell with ease.
Those who have a specific and temporary need to finish a project, like a weekend
Do-It-Yourself project, or hosting a memorable surprise party, or want to have a fun
day at the beach but don’t want the hassle of carrying all the beach gear. This app is
for you!

Connect with a neighbor within a few miles of your zip or current location and see if
you can rent, borrow, or buy what you need. No more trips to the store, no more
buying items you will only use for a few times. It is a cheaper alternative, reduces
waste, connects people, and convenient.  Use the app to request what you need and
once we find a match connect within the app to arrange a pickup or drop-off.
Do you have a lot of stuff in your home or garage? Things like; tools, seasonal items,
household appliances, and other items? Turn them into cash by renting or selling to
a neighbor. What a great way to make money without a lot of extra effort. Start by
selecting categories for the items you have. When someone is looking for those
items, we will notify you if they are close by, then you can respond with pictures and
your price. If the requestor is interested, they will contact you within the app, and
you can arrange pickup or drop-off.

people become better neighbors by sharing. Our vision is connecting neighbors to do
more while earning money for those who supply and saving money for those who
consume.

How Much Stuff is Available?

We are just starting, so it builds up; the key to our success is focusing on
neighborhoods to refine the product, get user feedback, and improve. We don’t have
investors or folks looking to get a quick payday; we want to focus on the neighbor
experience; the growth will come when we do well by our users. 
We are launching in Lake Forest, CA 92630

What happens if someone damages or does not return my item?

We believe most people do the right thing, but accidents and things happen. We
remind both the helper and the requestor to treat each other as good neighbors. The
requestor should take care of the item(s). After all, would you harm a good
neighbor? Oh yes, one more thing, we allow both people to rate each other with a
rating scale.

How Much Does It Cost?

Well, that’s up to the helper, the item(s) could be free, or they could rent it or sell it.
Communitee Unitee takes a small portion if there is a charge. That’s how we pay our
bills; we don’t sell advertising or your information.
