Communities not Prisons

The Justice Reinvestment and Reducing Recidivism Forum 2018 will provide an opportunity to acknowledge what has been achieved with the ACT Justice Reinvestment Strategy and progress the Recidivism Plan by bringing national and international stakeholders together who have been central to the success of their local Recidivism Strategies.

Utilising support from inside and outside, the government will showcase the value of collaborative partnerships between government, business and community sector organisations. These partnerships have been a key feature of the Justice Reinvestment work in the ACT to date and will be crucial to the ongoing work which will be required to reduce recidivism across the Territory.
