Communities Online - COOL is an application that enables Selangor citizen to share ideas and views on the community development programs to the State Government. It is an ideal platform to encourage Selangor citizen’s e-participation and e-engagement in planning and developing community development programs. COOL also facilitates the collaboration between the Selangor citizen and the State Government through the involvement of Selangor State Assemblyman and the DUN’s Service Centre.
