With Community Connect’s mobile app, you can:
• Receive your up to date roster on your device.
• Access live directions to your next visit from Google Maps.
• View and write visit notes.
• Record when you start and end visits easily from the app.
Please note that this is not a stand-alone application and requires integration with Telstra Health’s Community Connect software.
