The Community Paramedic Continuing Medical Education or CPCME app has been developed as a tool to assist community paramedics perform a healthy aging and health assessment of their patients. The mobile app aims to enhance their assessment skills by formulizing and summarizing a patient's cognitive and physical functions within their home. The app will allow paramedics to store the results of their assessments in a centralized database, and allow them to recall previous assessments from that database when attending a patient. Personal Health Information is NOT recorded nor is it disclosed as information is recalled based on a ID number which maintains confidentiality.
