The call goes to the app from anywhere in the world. You only need the Internet to work. There is no link to the phone number. The call can be received on any device - phone or tablet.
You can prepare your client for the trip in advance. Advise on seasonality, the best time to go on vacation, prices, and expectations.
If the client decides to buy a ticket spontaneously, you can show the weather conditions on the day of departure and convince them that the weather forecast is a convention.
