Community Vision

The Community Vision "How Are You?" App aims to help connect caregivers with patients through technology. It allows them to monitor their status when at home or anywhere based on their selected input.

The app removes the need for lengthy communications, and caregivers can use the app to check on the status, and patients can receive feedback instantly.

Patients simply press either the smiley or frowny face depending on how they are feeling. When they send a frowny face, a caregiver will immediately contact them and check on them to find out what is the concern. This app will make it more convenient for both caregivers and patients to seek help and provide assistance.
