What is it about?
The Community Watch application is a joint project between the Hamilton Academy of Medicine, Lumedi Inc. and Webility Solutions Inc. The survey information will be used to provide early detection of trends, and provide key insights into how trends will affect our community and the health care system. Medical oversight is being directed by the Hamilton Academy of Medicine and Dr. Richard Tytus, a Hamilton area physician, Associate Clinical Professor, and a Board Director of both the Ontario Medical Association (OMA) and Canadian Medical Association (CMA).
