Compact BFM

Clavis CompactBFM is a specialised mobile app designed for industrial belt maintenance and monitoring. The app helps technicians and engineers measure and analyse the condition of conveyor belts, timing belts, and other industrial belt systems.

The app works by connecting wirelessly to a handheld measurement device that reads the vibration frequency of belts while they're running. Using this frequency data, the app automatically calculates important belt characteristics like tension levels and span measurements. These calculations help determine if a belt is properly tensioned, wearing out, or needs adjustment.
