For workers nervous about returning to the workplace, and for employers wanting to connect with and understand their staff, the Return Safely app from Oliver Wyman introduces a new 1:1 connection to navigate office safety measures and policies and to answer pulse check questions.
As a general public-facing service from Oliver Wyman, this app allows anyone from enrolled companies to use it, even from their personal mobile devices, without having to let their employer manage their device in any way.
The app includes features such as:
- Pulse check questions in a user-friendly interface and native app style
- Health and safety guidance to remind sick people to stay home and invite healthy people to the office
- QR code scanning to keep track of aggregate office occupancy levels
- Office news updates pushed to the app from office leaders
