WHAT DO YOU NEED and how does it work?
Compete is giving you points based on your level of activity during the day, and takes into consideration your burned active energy, the number of steps taken in a day, and the length of time you spend doing an exercise.
Compete uses the data stored by the Health App in your iPhone, so every device that writes to Health can be used. All you need to do is to make sure that your fitness activity data is properly stored in HealthKit.

Challenges:
The challenges are created by users and can be Public (visible to all) or Private (where only invited people can join). Every private challenge has a unique separate code that can be used for attending it. Share this code with your friends if you want to compete with them, such as your coworkers, for example.
Creating a challenge is extremely easy, just give a name to your Challenge, set the beginning and ending date, and you’re ready to go.
