L' app comunale è dedicata ai cittadini o turisti e informa sulle attività comunali permettendo una comunicazione bidirezionale con gli enti del territorio. Tutti i cittadini possono inviare segnalazioni agli uffici comunali competenti e ricevere in tempo reale tutte le news e consultare il calendario eventi. L'app comunale è completa di tutte le informazioni del territorio dedicate a turisti e utenti occasionali (con percorsi, mappe, commercianti e news commerciali).
Questa è una versione dimostrativa per i comuni che vogliono attivare il servizio ComuneSmart+ per i propri cittadini.
