Concierge Go is the ultimate meeting room booking app for iPhone.
Concierge Go is the groundbreaking room booking app that enables you to easily find and book an available meeting room with the right facilities and equipment. Booking a meeting room is just a click away, and the app will automatically show the meeting rooms closest to you.
Room information, such as location, number of seats and available equipment are clearly stated and it will make it easier for you to find the right room. If equipment in the room is out of order, you can even report it as broken, for everyone to see. Broken equipment are reported to your service desk or another department responsible for solving the issue.
The Concierge Go app can work as a stand-alone solution or it can integrate with your Microsoft Exchange, meaning that all bookings made from your Microsoft Outlook calendar will be visible in the app (and vice versa).
To prevent ghost meetings you can check-in to existing bookings made from your Microsoft Outlook calendar. Extending or releasing ongoing bookings is of course also possible.
Notifications are handled smart. On your phone and smartwatch you will receive a notification when a check-in to a booking is needed or when your ongoing booking is about to end. You can even check-in, extend or end your booking directly from the notification.
Concierge Go requires a Concierge Booking Software Account.
