Conference Room Display

Use an iPad outside of your conference rooms to show if the room is vacant or occupied along with the day's schedule. The App is highly customizable to adapt to the corporate design of your company.

It uses all calendars of the iPad. You can use any calendar type which is supported by the iPad (iCloud, Gmail, Outlook/Exchange or any CalDAV Kalender). The App only displays the calendars. It is assumed that the room is managed by your secretariat. User have the possibility to book a free meeting room on the device (ad hoc and anonymously).

You can change all colors of the App (text colors and background colors). It supports a custom logo (after InApp-Purchase) and private events. You can set a custom name to be displayed, i.e. as the room name. You can configure if ad hoc bookins are allowed.
