Don't worry - we never store their number if they don't have an account. If they have an account and enter your number, we'll tell both of you in a fun, suspenseful way. In-app purchases:
We don't currently have any in-app purchases in our app, but we plan to introduce a feature allowing you to override cooldowns when rejected. It will likely cost between $4.99 and $9.99. Permissions:
When you open Connection, we'll ask you for permission to send you notifications. If you permit us, we'll notify you when news is available. No hard feelings if you don't want notifications, Connection works with and without notification permissions.

We also use on-device biometric authentication (Face ID or Touch ID) to verify your identity before displaying private information like who you have a crush on.
