Everyone has heard the loud racket of a busy construction site. A passerby on the street may hear nothing but an annoying cacophony of noise, but if you listen carefully the construction noise is actually a compilation of many unique and interesting sounds! The short staccato sound of a hammer driving a nail into wood. The whirr of a drill or the unique click of a wrench ratcheting hardware into place. The rhythmic buzz of a hand saw or the roar of a chainsaw. And perhaps the loudest tool on the jobsite: the jackhammer, noisily breaking apart the very ground under our feet.

Much like an amateur rock band, the construction site may require earplugs for its high volume racket, but each tool, like each instrument, has its own interesting rhythm and sound.
