Conventional VR Guide: Atlanta

The Conventional VR Guide to Atlanta is designed to help the traveler attending an event at the Georgia World Congress. The application is a location based guide that adds virtual tours, so you can see what the hotel, restaurant or museum is like before you book it.

The landing page shows the user what is nearby the conference center. The app is set up to show the distance from the convention center until you arrive in Atlanta. Once you are there - it will show you the distance from all the attractions. You can plan to do things near the conference before you get there, as a result.

It can be used as a tour guide to Atlanta as well.

About the Georgia World Congress:

The Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) is a convention center in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Enclosing some 3.9 million ft2 (360,000 m2) in exhibition space and hosting more than a million visitors each year, the GWCC is the third-largest convention center in the United States. Opened in 1976, the GWCC was the first state-owned convention center established in the United States. The center is operated on behalf of the state by the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, which was chartered in 1971 by Georgia General Assembly to develop an international trade and exhibition center in Atlanta
