For our April 2015 anniversary issue, we feature a modern take on well-loved Filipino rice cakes. Our team travels to nearby Laguna and gets to try some specialties well worth the trip. One of our favorite columnists, Chef Editha Singian takes us to Melbourne and shares how she and the rest of the Philippine delegation promoted Filipino cuisine down under. Our own Advertising Manager, Marlon Aldenese heads to Malaysia to sample what our neighboring country has in store for visitors. These, along with recipes from our regular chef-columnists, restaurant features and other culinary destinations are packed into our anniversary issue this month.
