Start by selecting the meals you want each week. We do all the shopping, prepping, and cooking. Our meals are prepared with the freshest ingredients and cooked for you. They are delivered frozen, so all you have to do is heat in microwave safe containers and eat! Perfect for students, professionals, moms, dads, and senior's.
If you would like to change a vegetable or side on a dish please contact us. Not everyone likes broccoli! Meals stay fresh in your fridge for up to a week.
