Our company is genuinely committed to providing an excellent and proactive service to our valuable clients. We focus on reducing unnecessary breakdowns and minimizing client down-time, primarily through the implementation of an excellence preventative maintenance program.

We only utilize staff with the skills and qualifications appropriate to the work being undertaken. Generally, the majority of work is undertaken by our experienced air conditioning technicians, sometimes accompanied by an experienced trade assistant/apprentice to assist with lifting, fitting parts and cleaning filters etc. In some cases (eg. water treatment or leakage checking, system reprocess), for additional technician an outside expert is contracted to ensure that all requirements are met.
