This application provide an all-in-one customer service on all product range from Cool Innotech CO.,LTD.

The Main feature for this application is a tracking system for any service provide from our company, this will allow our customer to see the transparency process of work through our whole service. This will also notify our customer when each work process have been change in each status of our service so that customer can plan their schedule-work accurately.

Cold Room Calculator also available on this application, in order to provide the easiest and fastest precise calculation of cold room specification. Customer will also be able to send the data sheet through other application or save onto mobile phone itself. This part of application is based on common refrigeration practice, whice will calculate the required cooling capacity for cold room and air conditioning applications.

Document and knowledge will also be available on this application. Our customer can create their own username in order to keep their document on hand such as; quotation, invoice or specification sheet etc. In which all of this document will be shown to the specific username and password only.

Customer can search and categorize their document for their own simply use method.
