coreway - your IBD app

Coreway is a health app for people with chronic inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. Our mission: to help those affected to better understand their health - and to develop a scientifically based early warning system for flare-ups.

Coreway was developed together with sufferers, doctors and researchers and is based on current medical guidelines. The app allows you to easily record daily health data, receive personalised recommendations and keep an overview of your health history.

CURRENTLY: CONDUCTING OUR SECOND STUDY

By using the app, you can become part of an innovative PMCF study. The aim of the study is to further develop an intelligent forecasting tool that will recognise potential relapses at an early stage in the future - based on your personal health data.

2. view data: Keep track of your entries.
3. receive personalised recommendations: Based on your entries, you will receive personalised advice and recommendations to help you better adapt your everyday life to your current well-being.
4. knowledge at a glance: Read scientifically based articles about everyday life with IBD, nutrition with IBD or IBD research.
