App Store Description

Counselling Journal is created by a registered counsellor to aid people who are trying to improve their life by understanding themselves better or are seeing a counsellor and want to track or journal their thoughts, feelings, and personal growth.

There is a focus on feelings and the journal will initially ask how you are feeling. There is a long list of feelings to choose from that help you to really describe how you are feeling. This list can be edited and added to as required.

There is a page that describes the importance of feelings and what they may be telling you. Feelings are important as they help to guide us to make decisions that are right for us.

The journal asks a number of questions that help people to think about how they are feeling and what difficulties they are facing. It also encourages people to brainstorm solutions along with other thought provoking questions.

There is a reminders area where people can record helpful books, websites, weekly assignments, or other helpful information they want to remember.

You are able to choose your own cover page and background for your journal or diary. There are many colourful and pleasant to look at options to choose from.

This journal is not a substitute for seeing a counsellor if you are struggling with mental health issues. It is meant to support people who are seeing a counsellor or who are just working on personal growth, but do not need counselling.
