We manufacture the precursors for polyurethane foam. As rigid foam, polyurethane insulates buildings and makes refrigerators more efficient. The flexible form is used in mattresses and upholstery.

We also make polycarbonate. Long used for CDs and DVDs, the material today helps to make electronic devices lightweight and robust, for example. It is also the perfect replacement for glass in automobile roofs and headlights, helping to make cars lighter and thus more fuel-efficient.

In addition, our materials are found in coatings, adhesives and other specialties used, for example, to make bridges resistant to the weather.
