Crag Weather

The Crag Weather app allows you to see weather information for any area that you add to it. The forecast information is pulled directly from the NOAA forecast system. This allows weather app to use point forecasts for ANYWHERE in the US not just cities or airports. It does this by using numerical weather models, statistical downscaling and analog forecasting.

Crag Weather also allows you temporarily cache the forecast for any area in the app. This allows you to see the 7 day forecast even when you are offline. It also displays the forecast information in textual format for quick reference and also graphical format for granular viewing where you can also see the amount of cumulative forecasted precipitation for a specific area.

Even though the app already comes preloaded with the weather forecast for popular crags around Idaho, you are also able to add your own areas for a more personalized experience.
