We use advanced technology to create personalized menus that optimize your body composition, improve energy levels and keep you feeling comfortably full throughout the day. And our nutritionists will help you introduce in your daily menu the foods you love, in a balanced and sustainable way. All you need to do is contact your coach and ask for their support and guidance!
Our app is created by nutritionists, following more than 15 years of experience working with clients. And the process behind it has been tested with more than 35.000 clients in real life, so here’s how it works.
Why do we ask you to eliminate the foods you don’t like, rather than let you choose the ones you like? Most people know for sure what they don’t eat, but when asked what they like to eat they will most probably mention 15-20 ingredients they’re most familiar with, paving the way for food boredom, overly restrictive diets and meal templates that rarely cover the body’s nutritional needs.
Why don’t we track calories? First of all, calorie tracking is notoriously imprecise and we also found it may trigger unhealthy eating patterns - either by conditioning dieters into focusing on calories instead of the nutritional benefits of food, or by choosing only processed foods, because it’s easier to track calories from the label.
Why so many whole foods? Eating minimally processed ingredients is key to a balanced microbiome, allows for energy intake balance and nourishes the body with vitamins, minerals and the right amount of fibre for a healthy microbiome. Eating unprocessed ingredients naturally lowers blood sugar levels and is a great way of managing cholesterol levels, especially when paired with balanced protein intake and healthy fats.
Do I need to exercise? We encourage clients to be active, to walk daily and connect with their body through mindful movement. The exercise routines we offer are pleasant and created for all fitness levels and we encourage clients to reach out to our coaches for personalized exercise advice.
What if I don’t follow the recommended diet? Our nutritionists will coach you into choosing a meal template that best works for you. We believe in flexible, intuitive eating and we strongly encourage clients to avoid demonizing certain foods. Balance looks different to everybody and we are here to help you understand what works for you.
