We know just how time poor our medical clients are so we've released version 1.0 of the Credabl Mobile App to allow clients of Credabl the ability to manage and transact on their accounts seamlessly. Best of all, you are able to offer third party access to your accounts via the App meaning your accountant, spouse, practice manager, business partner, etc, can also help manage your finances. There are two types of access including Transact Access or View Only Access so you're in complete control of who access your accounts and how.
Features of the Credabl Mobile App include:
• View your contracts and transactions
• Download, share and request statements
• View Designated Bank Accounts (Transact Access only)
• Request a Drawdown or Direct Debit (Transact Access only)
• Request a Payout Quote
• View request history
• Send Credabl a secure message
• Contract expiry management

Plus, once you're in the App, you can personalise your contract names to easily identify them. How good is that!

First time logging in?
You should have received a registration email with a temporary password. Your account will be set up using the email address that this registration email was sent to. If you didn't receive a registration email, simply contact our helpful Client Service team on 1300 27 33 22 or clientservice@credabl.com.au

Then, once you've downloaded the App, follow these steps to login:
1. Tap Get Started
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Tap Send Verification Code
4. Retrieve the verification code from your email inbox
5. Enter verification code into the app and tap Verify code
6. Tap Continue
7. Enter a session PIN between 4 and 8 digits
8. Enter it again to verify
9. You will be taken to the Terms and Conditions page to accept
10. Enjoy using the App!
