Monthly Interest: ₱10,000 * 12% / 365 * 30 = ₱99
Total Interest: ₱10,000 * 12% / 365 * 120 = ₱395
Monthly repayment amount:
₱10,000 * 12% / 365 * 30 + ₱10,000 / 120 * 30 = ₱2,599
Total repayment amount: ₱10,000 + ₱395 = ₱10,395
