Critical Mass

Critical Mass - A game of skill, strategy, and molecular physics.

Critical Mass pits players against each other as they endeavour to gain control of the playing board.

Players take it in turn to add an atom onto the board. When the number of atoms in a position exceeds the number of connectors to that atom, it reaches critical mass and explodes across the board, potentially causing a chain reaction. In this way players gain control of adjacent atoms. The player who claims the whole board is the winner.

Critical Mass is simple to pick up and learn, but much harder to master. A configurable difficulty level and a competent computer opponent, combined with 9 differently designed boards make for a lasting challenge.
