What is it about?

The CSOSA mobile app is a communication tool for use by offenders under pretrial supervision, probation or parole supervised by the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency in Washington, DC. It helps streamline routine activities for the offender by providing secure electronic access to information without the need to visit their supervision officer in person. The app provides secure chat capabilities between the offender and their supervision officer. The offender can also securely send images of requested documents instead of providing physical copies. The app also provides the offender with up to date details on the status of their supervision without the need to call or visit their supervision officer. Offenders can get information about their docket(s), any special conditions attached to their supervision, details of their drug test history and reminders of upcoming appointments. The offender can also see a detailed copy of their personal profile as seen by their supervision officer to verify it for accuracy. Additionally, should a meeting with their supervision officer be desired, offenders can use the app to request appointments.
