CSR-FVG

The CSR-FVG app allows the simplified consultation of the Regional Speleological Cadastre (CSR) of Friuli Venezia Giulia for the purposes of knowledge and to enhance the value of the regional caves.

Established under the care of the Geological service of the Autonomous Region Friuli Venezia Giulia, envisaged by Regional Law no. 15 of 14 October 2016, the CSR is the technical instrument of reference for the knowledge and enhancement of the speleological heritage.

Cadastral data are supplied by regional speleological groups and associations, which contribute to the updating thanks to their constant work of research, environmental monitoring of caves, exploration and topographic survey of karst phenomena.

The CSR inherits the competences of the cave cadastral register as per former Regional Law no. 27 of 1 September 1966, the first speleological cadastre in Italy.
