The Custom Air Bluetooth Connectivity App is designed to interact and control the smart truck environmental controller. The App provides to user the ability to discover, pair, manage, and communicate with the cabin environment control unit seamlessly. Its function is to remotely control the cabin temperature environment for heat and cold, cabin lights, cabin utilities e.g. TV and to start or stop a secondary backup diesel engine.
The user can remotely control the trucks cabin environment for temperature comfort and all attached living appliances.
You can turn on the climate control cabin unit to cool the cabin in a warm summer day or turn on the heater for any cold day.
The App can also control a secondary diesel engine installed on the Custom Air Trucks, which are used to provides power and re-charge the trucks battery. So the trucks battery will never run out flat and allow the driver to start the main truck engine.
From the Bluetooth App the user can control the lights in the cabin by turning then on or off. He also can start the inverter unit which provides power from the battery to the install appliances in the trucks cabin, such as a mini fridge, a coffee machine or power for any 220v – 240v device required to be plugged in e.g. a laptop, power charger for mobile phone or table.
Status information are provide so the health of the system can be monitored. Information such as the battery level, the trucks cabin temperature, secondary engine status shown as an icon
All warnings are group as one master warning and shown as a status warning icon. If more detail fault code warning is required, it can be viewed with the Custom Air propriety tool during service maintenance of the truck.
Help is provided on the App on the Help page. All icons and button items are illustrated and a description is provided for its functionality.
In the scan page the user must press the Button "Scan Bluetooth devices" to start searching for the Bluetooth device to connect which have an ID : "CustomAir_V2401".
After the device has been discovered the user can press the Connect button, a popup message will be displayed with a six (6) pin pairing code.
On the pairing device unit a popup will be shown. After the user enters the six pin pairing code shown on the mobile device from the display of the environment controlled, pairing will be established and control of the cabin environment is possible.
