You can call our Customer Center, Request a call back and even write your comments. Upon logging the case, our team member will take it forward for suitable action. You can also see the progress of the case in the APP.

Genuine Parts information - Information on Genuine parts with technical description, features and their benefits to the fleet.

Service Network information - Information on VECV-VTI Pan India Service Network and the details of contact persons are at your fingertips.

Breakdown Support - The feature is available for Tractor Customers in seeking breakdown assistance for the Trucks.
