Customer Order Overview Smartphone for JDE E1

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Customer Order Overview Mobile Smartphone enables users the ability to search for a customer and view their company information and an overview of their sales orders. You can view the customer's address, phone numbers, and contacts. Sales order information includes the number of open orders, quotes, held orders, and backorders for the customer which you can select and review the header and detail information for each order.

You not only have the contact information available through JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, you can also add the contact you are viewing to the contacts feature on your device. This will eliminate the need to access JD Edwards EnterpriseOne the next time you need to contact that customer.

This application leverages functionality from the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Management and Address Book systems.
