Customized Workouts

What is it about?

This app is to give direction, guidance, and video demonstrations of customized exercises to new gym goers so they can use gym equipment safely and effectively to reach their fitness goals. Help intermediate gym goers be more productive by giving them a variety of different exercises they can use to alter their routines; and help the advanced gym goers to be even more productive by allowing them to mix and match muscle groups throughout their entire workout. All users will have the capability to create a fitness profile, track their progress as they change their lives, take before and after photos, and of course share workouts with their friends on Face Book.
