D2DHK App is an ONLINE SHIPMENT ORDERING and PAYMENTS platform for D2DHK Logistics Services’ Customer-Shippers in sending their Personal Effects & Belongings, Household Goods shipments from Hong Kong to Philippines.
FEATURES & FUNCTIONS :
1. Create / Register Shipper Account , create and register your SHIPPER'S ACCOUNT, view other user information such as COUPONS and REWARD POINTS EARNED. Set up your default Hong Kong & Philippine delivery addresses. Change or Reset your password, Language Settings or Logout from your account.
2. Order Shipping Materials , Order Shipping Materials for delivery to Shipper’s default Hong Kong Address.
3. Create Order , Order the Pick Up Service of packed and ready to go shipments.
4. My Orders , Transaction History. View Orders created, completed and status of pick up and payments made.
5. Request Storage , Order retrieval of FREE STORAGE BAGS and schedule an appointment to bring STORAGE BAGS to chosen PACKING & CARGO COLLECTION STATIONS (either Central or Tsuen Wan ) for Shippers to complete packing and turn over shipment for acceptance by D2DHK Logistics Services.
6. Order Tacking , Monitor the status of your shipments. Enter the Shipment Code / Tracking Code to see real time status and other information pertaining to your shipments, such as POD - Proof of Delivery.
NOTES AND REMARKS :
ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAYS enabled in the App are , ALIPAY, WECHAT PAY, OCTOPUS, Bank Transfers and COD.
