Company acts merely as a middle agent to link clients as the consumer User to Company’s Merchant Partners (the “Merchant User” or “Restaurant Partners” or “the Suppliers”) such as restaurants, grocery stores and other retailers via D2HOME App to order items to be delivered to your doorstep. D2HOME is an independent party to the Merchant User the products such as Food, Beverages, Groceries, Flower and mobile accessory offering in D2HOME App listings.
D2HOME does not provide actual delivery services. The delivery services are provided by independent Delivery Drivers who are D2HOME App’s Delivery Partners.
