The Yedid organization is a unique organization that provides "non-medical first aid" that does not require professional knowledge on the roads and in homes, 24 hours a day. Under this definition, the organization provides assistance in a variety of areas, including: assistance with a flat tire, starting vehicles, filling water/oil/fuel, on highways and even opening locked vehicles using professional equipment and without any damage.
In addition, over 10,000 volunteers of the organization carry out off-road rescues for vehicles that have been dug in, rescue children locked in vehicles, assist in opening the doors of houses that have been slammed, and undergo professional training for rescuing people from stuck elevators.
