What is it about?
The DA Forms app lets you complete frequently used Army DA Forms. With this app you can add your information as well as any soldiers under your leadership. You can then enter all the information on your phone for that soldier and that DA form. Once completed, the app will email you the form for printing. This is a must have app for any Army NCO or soldier. The DA Forms app lets you complete the following DA forms: DA 2142, DA 31, DA 4187, DA 4856, DA 638, DA 705.
