Daily Fitness - Home Workouts is a great app to get in shape, or just keep yourself active throughout the day! Each day you will get a new workout, with the objective of completing every exercise. Your goal is simple, complete as many reps of each exercise as you can, taking breaks if necessary, until the time is up! Do them all at once for a great workout, or spread them out over the course of your day. We make sure that our workouts don't require any equipment and can be done with minimal space, so you can get shape anywhere, at any time!

Adjust our workouts for your level of experience! You can customize your workouts at any time by updating the number of exercises you would like to complete every day.

Each exercise has a link to a video showing how to perform the movement with proper form, and a timer in order to keep yourself on track! We also tell you what muscle groups each movement targets so you always know what you should be focusing on to get the most out of each exercise!

Keep yourself motivated by seeing how many days in a row you have been able to hit your goal with our hot streak counter! You can also see how close you are to reaching your goal for the day with our progress tracker!

Filter the exercises you need to do for the day by the muscle groups that they target so you can perform the exercises in whatever order that you prefer (or just to get a better idea of what to expect for that day)!
