このアプリは、介護現場用の申し送りを支援する専用アプリです。現場では介護実施の記録情報以外に
業務に関する暗黙知（利用者さんや業務に関する構造知識）が多く存在しています。
この業務遂行に必要な情報が本アプリの対象となります。特長としては、現場の皆様が入力した文章を基に
候補文を推薦することで数タップで申し送りを作成できることです。また、利用者さん（被介護者）の介護状況に関する
情報を構造化して記録できます。さらに、日々の申し送りを作成時点で利用者さん情報に反映させたり、利用者さん
情報の修正時に、そのことをスムースに他の介護者に申し送れるよう工夫しています。
