This gives you a needed break from working, refreshes your mind and body to be more productive, and helps you get fit and lose weight.
A little bit goes a long way. If you are currently doing zero pushups a day, the app can help you get started. Doing 10 pushups a day adds up to around 300 pushups a month. If you can do 10 pushups a day, why not 11? This app can springboard you into shape.
