Danko's Fitness

Danko's is a family owned and run facility serving the community since 1990. Our Plains location offers 33,000 sq ft of fitness. We have something for everyone in the family from the experienced fitness buff to the beginner right down to the kids, we have something for you! Here at the Plains location you can relax in the stream room or sauna after shooting hoops on our full basketball court. We offer over 50 group fitness classes to choose from seven days a week. Want to have your kids birthday party here?? We have you covered!! We offer rock climbing and fitness challenge parties for kids between the ages of 6-12, we also offer a kids fitness program to help your child learn the fundamentals of proper fitness. We offer personal training sessions with a variety of different trainers who can help you reach each and every fitness goal. Ladies, are you shy and want some privacy while exercising?? We have a spot for you, Every Womans Workout will allow you the space to feel comfortable while working out. Tanning packages are available here in our Plains location if staying bronze is important to you.

Our 12,000 sq.ft. Dallas location is centrally located in the Back Mountain area and has so much to offer our community. Whether you are looking for a personal trainer or group fitness classes we have you covered. We offer over 40 classes weekly including an amazing Silver Sneakers program for our senior community. We are ready to help you reach your fitness goals from the minute you step through the door.
