HOW DO WE DELIVER SO QUICKLY?

Many people don’t believe us when we say that we deliver in 15 minutes. How is this possible, especially in the Philippines?

1. We work by delivering your groceries from a store within 2 kilometers of your location. Our goal is to be present everywhere in Metro Manila, and eventually the entire country.

2. The delivery process starts as soon as you place an order through our app. It pops up on one of the laptops at our store, then our pickers get to work. Our stores are neatly organized using a special letter and number system, so they know where to find what you’ve ordered. This process usually takes no more than two minutes.

3. As soon as your groceries are in the bag, they’re handed off to one of our waiting riders, and they take off towards your address. We’ve measured everything from the time it takes traffic lights to change color to the average time spent in traffic in certain areas, so we can guarantee that your order arrives within minutes.
