The primary purpose of the mobile app, DDA – Darwynn Driver Application, is for drivers to easily access and fulfill delivery tasks. The delivery drivers’ tasks entail delivering packages within an assigned bundle from Darwynn (a group of packages that needs to be sent to around the same area) and packages from local residences/companies.
Product Features
-      Task Acceptance and Rejection: The app allows users to receive delivery tasks, which can then be accepted or rejected. Once a task is accepted, the user is given directions to pick up the bundle or package.
-      Navigation Assistance: The map page and option to use google maps for navigation is necessary in helping drivers arrive at the correct destination to pick up or drop off packages.
-      Package Scanning: When the user is picking up the packages and confirming their arrival at the assigned destination, that app verifies the identity of the package through Scanning its QR code or barcode.
Status reporting: The platform updates the status of packages in real-time, providing the DDS Operator with up-to-date information.
