App Store Description

Dashmazing lets you get Real-Time engine data via an OBD 2 connection and displays the information in customisable dashboards.

These are the available parameters:
Engine Coolant Temperature
Engine Oil Temperature
Intake Air Temperature
Catalyst Temperature
Ambient Temperature
Boost Pressure
Torque
Power
Fuel Rate
Calculated Fuel Consumption
Fuel Tank Level
Fuel Pressure
Air-Fuel Ratio
Engine Load
Air Flow Rate
Exhaust Flow Rate
Throttle Position
Ignition Timing
Battery Voltage

These are commonly supported, although some cars may not support every single one of these parameters.

You require a car that supports OBD 2, which most cars do, since car manufactures are legally required to support OBD 2 in all major regions of the world for emission regulation purposes. I always recommend checking if you car supports OBD 2, especially if it is not a new car, as the dates when OBD 2 was made mandatory range from 1996 to 2006 depending on the vehicle type and region.

For Dashmazing to be able to communicate with your vehicle you also require an OBD 2 Adapter using Bluetooth LE and with iOS support. There are many different options available. Dashmazing works with the ELM327 command set, which is the de facto standard, but be sure to check if your OBD 2 Bluetooth Adapter also uses it.

Once you have connected to an adapter once, Dashmazing will remember it and will automatically reconnect to it making the connection process very effortlessly.
In case you have any issues with connecting to your adapter, please contact the support email address.
