App Store Description
At DashStori, we have developed a web and mobile platform that will allow family members and friends to upload digital content about their loved ones who have passed away so that anyone with a smartphone, tablet, or computer can learn about a person’s life story – or, as we like to call it, their DashStori.
Why use DashStori:
Create a Stori: A user can create a Stori of a person that has passed away on the DashStori mobile app. The user can upload a cover picture, multiple gallery pictures, link to other websites, and link to videos. On the website the user can also upload written text, scanned documents (handwritten notes, newspaper articles, etc.).
Geo-Tagging: Users can then geo-tag the Stori to the deceased person’s gravesite. A gravesite can either be geo-tagged with a mobile device at the grave or by navigating to the grave using Google Maps over the Internet.
Optimize Profile: The DashStori app will then organize the information uploaded to a Stori and optimize it for display on the DashStori website and mobile app.
Map View: Users can discover gravesites that have DashStori profiles by opening the map feature on the DashStori website or mobile app. Whether a user is at home, driving down the road, or walking through a cemetery, the map feature will display geo-tags over every location that has a DashStori profile.
Stori View (Beta): When a user comes at the location of particular story, the application shows the story point (an image/photo) on the positions.
