Kleibakker, De Echte Bakker vindt haar oorsprong in 1921 toen oprichter G.H.M. Lenferink een bakkerij startte op de huidige locatie. Gezien het feit dat dit een laaggelegen en uit kleigrond bestaande plek was in het dorp, een zogenoemd "Kleigat", was de naam Kleibakker snel geboren.
